Dinner is a camp effort and knowing how many to prepare for a head of time makes a huge difference, and meal plans can make it easier for people to keep themselves and their family fed while at Pennsic. Food Merchants are available at Pennsic but they are not available all the times and they can get pricey.
For those on the meal plan, all meals and snacks are included (except for the first and last day you are at Pennsic.)
